I’ve had some horrendous experiences with places to stay in London, so my expectations may be a bit low, but this place was charming and affordable, with a very friendly and welcoming staff, delightful tea option in the room, comfy beds, and even an air conditioning unit you could set up if needed, which we did during the day. The water pressure was sometimes low as others mentioned, likely when others were using, but was always usable. The hot water took some time to come too, but was quite hot once there. I would certainly stay again!
I utilise this place multiple times a month due to working in London. They are amazing. The staff are great, the place is always immaculately clean, it's in an excellent location and quite honestly one of my favourite places to stay in London.

I would say the service by the staff was probably the best part of the stay though there are small things that can be improved regarding the amenities! Especially the day staff was super polite and friendly!
Staff were lovely, my room was very clean and the bed was comfy which is just what I needed for a 1 night stay. I'd definitely stay here again if I had an event in the area.
